.SYNOPSIS...Except for a surface trough near the coast, the
waters remain on the S and W parts of high pressure through Wed.
A cold front approaches the waters from the NW late Wed, moves
into the N waters Wed night, then stalls over or near the N
waters Thu into Fri night. Low pressure should form along the
stalled front Fri, with the low and its associated warm front
slowly moving N offshore of the SE U.S. coast overnight Fri night
through Sun night. A cold front will move offshore to the S of
the low as the low moves N. The USCG broadcast from Charleston,
South Carolina is still experiencing technical difficulties.
Parts are on order, with the outage unfortunately expected for
another week or two. Mariners should monitor the frequency for
its return. We apologize for any inconvenience.
