.SYNOPSIS...A forming cold front will move E across the waters
today, followed by a secondary cold front tonight into early Sat.
A series of additional reinforcing cold fronts or low pressure
troughs will pass E over the northern waters later Sat and Sat
night. High pressure will build E towards the region Sat night,
then move offshore Sun and Sun night, and persist through Tue.
Another cold front will approach and move into the northern
waters Tue night.
