.SYNOPSIS...Weak troughing over the N portions will continue
along and near the coast today. Low pressure just S of the waters
is expected to meander in the general area into early next week.
The low has the potential to organize into a tropical or
subtropical depression by the weekend. Please monitor the latest
information from the National Hurricane Center.
