.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the waters will gradually
shift E today as weak troughing develops along and near the
coast. The trough continues through Fri, when weak low pressure
should form along the trough off the SE coast. Low pressure is
expected to move into the region sometime between Fri and Sat,
then meander in the area into Mon night. The low has the
potential to organize into a tropical or subtropical depression
by the weekend. Please monitor the latest information from the
National Hurricane Center.
