.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Depression Three, centered near 30.8N 78.6W
at 5 AM EDT, will move to 31.5N 78.8W by 2 PM EDT today while
intensifying into a tropical storm, then to 32.6N 79.2W by 2 AM
EDT Sun, then to 33.7N 79.4W by 2 PM EDT Sun, then continue
moving inland over South and North Carolina later Sun into Mon
while weakening to a post- tropical cyclone. Please monitor the
latest information from the National Hurricane Center. High
pressure ridging will build back into the region through the day
Sun, while a general low pressure trough develops along or just
inland of the coast.
