.SYNOPSIS...The remnants of Post-Tropical Cyclone Humberto,
currently E of the N and central waters early tonight, will track
E and NE through Fri while moving well E of the region. Hurricane
Imelda, currently E of the central and S waters tonight, will
track E and NE while moving well E of the area later tonight
through Fri night while transitioning to a post- tropical cyclone
towards late tonight into Thu morning. Ongoing NE swell from the
remnants of Humberto and Hurricane Imelda will persist tonight
through Fri. See the latest advisory from the National Hurricane
Center. Otherwise, strong high pressure will build N of the area
tonight through Thu night, then move over the N areas Fri and
persist through Mon night. The NAVTEX station in Charleston,
South Carolina is currently inoperative. Technicians are aware,
and are working on the issue.
