.SYNOPSIS...A strong cold front over the S waters will move S and
E of the area early this morning. High pressure will build over
the S waters today through Tue night, while a series of low
pressure troughs pass SE over the N waters. The high will
gradually expand N over the entire region Wed, then shift E of
the area Wed night. Low pressure will move slowly E over the N
portion Wed into Thu while pulling a cold front across the
waters, then pass E and NE of the area Thu night into Fri night
while weakening. Another cold front will move SE over the waters
Fri night.
