.SYNOPSIS...Ongoing NE swell from the remnants of Humberto and
Imelda will subside today. Strong high pressure will persist over
most of the area today into Mon night before slowly shifting E of
the waters Tue into Wed while maintaining a weakening ridge axis
W and SW into the area. A low pressure trough along the SE coast
will persist today through Tue, then weaken Tue night into Wed. A
cold front will move SE over the waters Wed and Wed night. The
NAVTEX station in Charleston, South Carolina is currently
inoperative. Technicians are aware, and are working on the issue.
