.SYNOPSIS...Strong low pressure over the outer northern waters
will remain nearly stationary this morning. Vessels planning to
be in this area should execute avoidance plans. As high pressure
gradually builds E off of the coast today and tonight, the low
will slowly weaken and begin drifting SE this afternoon, then
accelerate S towards Bermuda tonight. High pressure will weaken
slightly Sat as it spreads E across the northern waters, then
persist through Mon night. A weak cold front will move into the
far NE portion early Tue, followed by ridging becoming
reestablished Tue and Tue night.
