.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure centered E and NE of the waters will
continue drifting to the NE tonight, remain nearly stationary
well NE of the area Mon into Tue, and then finally lift N and
weaken across Nova Scotia by Wed. High pressure will build SE
over the area tonight into Mon night, then continue SE of the
waters Tue and Tue night. A stationary front will weaken over the
S portions tonight, then dissipate Mon. A low pressure trough
will form along the SE coast later Mon, persist into Tue, then
dissipate by Wed. A cold front will approach from the NW late Thu
and Thu night, then slow and weaken over the N and central
portions Fri and Fri night. A low pressure trough will move off
the SE coast Fri and Fri night. The NAVTEX station at Chesapeake,
VA, is inoperative. Technicians are aware. We apologize for any
