.SYNOPSIS...Strong high pressure will build S over the waters
today and tonight, then shift S and W of the area Fri through Sun
night. Hurricane Humberto, SE of the waters, will track ENE today
while becoming a post-tropical cyclone, then continue moving NE
through the end of the week. Hurricane Imelda, well S of the
waters, will track ENE through Thu, then pass well SE of the
waters Thu night through Fri night. Ongoing S to SE swell from
Humberto will back to E to NE tonight, then subside Wed into Thu.
