.SYNOPSIS...A weak high pressure ridge will shift SE of the area
today. A cold front will move SE over the waters tonight into
Thu, then stall along or just S of the southern portions by Thu
night. Low pressure will develop along the stalled boundary Fri,
track E along the front Fri night, then clear well E into the
Atlantic Sat. High pressure will build SE across the area later
Sat and Sat night.
