.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure centered E and SE of the waters will
remain nearly stationary well E of the area today through Tue,
then finally lift N Tue night into Wed before dissipating near
Nova Scotia late Wed. A weak low pressure trough will form along
the coast today, then persist through Tue night. A cold front
will pass across the waters Thu and Thu night. High pressure will
build SE across the region Fri and Fri night while front becomes
nearly stationary S and E of the waters.
