.SYNOPSIS...A cold front diminishes while moving E toward the
waters today, then a stronger cold front approaches the area late
tonight and Sat. The cold front very slowly moves across the
waters late Sat night through Sun night, finally pushing E and SE
of the area by Mon morning. Aside from a surface trough along and
near the coast Mon, high pressure builds over the area Mon and
continues through Tue. High pressure shifts NE Tue night as a
warm front approaches the waters from the S.
