.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the region will continue Tue, then
shift E of the area Tue night through Wed night. The eye of
Hurricane Erin is expected to pass NE through the Outer
Mid-Atlantic Waters Thu night into Fri, remaining S of the
waters, then move farther away from the area Fri night into Sat.
Tropical storm conditions are expected to remain near and S of
Georges Bank. Long period S swell from Hurricane Erin will move
into the region Tue, then continue through Thu night before
backing to the SE and E Fri night. A high pressure ridge will
build across the waters late Fri and Fri night and continue into
