At 206 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Spreckels, or 8 miles south of Salinas, moving southeast at 10 mph. HAZARD...Landspouts, wind gusts up to 30 mph, and half inch size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.
