For the Napa River near St Helena...elevated river levels are
forecast.

In the last hour the Napa River near St Helena has risen above
Action stage (16.0 ft). The latest stage was 16.2 feet at Fri 2 pm
PST. The current forecast has the river cresting around Flood stage
(18.0 ft) by 4 pm this afternoon. The river is forecast to recede
quickly and fall below Flood stage around 5 pm and below Action
stage by 6 pm this evening.
