SATURDAY...

* WHAT...For the first Small Craft Advisory, southwest winds 10 to
  15 kt with gusts up to 25 kt and choppy waters expected. For
  the second Small Craft Advisory, west winds 10 to 20 kt with
  gusts up to 30 kt and choppy waters expected.

* WHERE...San Pablo Bay, Suisun Bay, the West Delta and the San
  Francisco Bay north of the Bay Bridge.

* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, from 3 PM this
  afternoon to 9 PM PDT this evening. For the second Small Craft
  Advisory, from 3 PM to 9 PM PDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
