.DISCUSSION...A slight chance of rain tonight with up to 0.10" of
rain expected on Angel Island as a weak cold front passes through.
Winds shift southwards for the majority of Tuesday with gusts up
to 20 mph possible in the afternoon and evening. Winds shift more
northerly by early Wednesday morning with winds diminishing to
around 10 mph. Overnight humidity recoveries are excellent and
daytime humidity retention is good.
