.DISCUSSION...Winds are decreasing along the Point Reyes coastline
with gusts between 10 to 15 mph expected along the coast today.
Gusts up to 20 mph are expected on Wednesday before weakening
overnight Wednesday into Thursday. Overnight stratus is expected
tonight and again Wednesday night with clearer conditions during
the afternoon. The marine layer has deepened to around 1500 feet
and will deepen to 3000 feet by Thursday as an upper level trough
moves into northern California. Coastal drizzle is likely
Wednesday night into Thursday morning as the marine layer deepens.
Seasonally cool temperatures continue.
