.DISCUSSION...Hot, dry, and windy conditions are forecast at the
burn site today. A maximum temperature near 90 degrees and poor
relative humidity in the 25-35% range is expected this afternoon.
A shallow marine layer will return tonight, bringing moderate
recovery in the 65-75% range. Winds will be light at ignition
time. There is a potential for winds to be variable at ignition
time; however, the most likely direction will be southerly.
Southerly winds will increase and begin to veer through the
morning. The afternoon and evening will bring WNWerly winds of 10
to 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph.
