.DISCUSSION...Postfrontal rain continues over the region this
morning before the main front moves through the East Bay early
this afternoon. Chances for wetting rains today will be near 100%
with winds increase ahead of and along the frontal boundary.
Winds could gust up to 55 mph out of the south. Post frontal rain
showers and/or thunderstorms (10-20%) are expected tonight and
into Thursday morning.
