breezy west winds developing each afternoon and evening. Although
complex terrain at the project site can significantly impact local
wind direction and speed, the strongest winds are expected

good to excellent overnight humidity recoveries along with good to
fair daytime retentions are expected at the project site. Some
drizzle is possible overnight and into the morning, but
accumulating precipitation is not expected.
