.DISCUSSION...Below normal temperatures continue through Thursday
with a deep marine layer between 1500 to 2000 feet. There is some
potential for drizzle early this morning and again early tomorrow
morning but no accumulation is expected. Winds stay onshore out of
the west to southwest with gusts to around 21 mph in the afternoon
and evening. There is a less than 15% chance of gusts greater than
25 mph Wednesday and Thursday afternoon. Good overnight humidity
recoveries and fair daytime humidity retention (50%-55%) will
continue through the forecast period. A warming trend begins
Friday with a return to seasonal temperatures and dry conditions.
