.DISCUSSION...Cool conditions prevail at the project site through
the forecast period. A chance of drizzle persists on Thursday
morning while a low pressure system brings a chance for rain on
Friday. Low confidence in wetting rainfall totals, but local
terrain may enhance rainfall totals at the project site. Winds
will remain rather light through the forecast period with light to
gentle breezes each afternoon and evening, with winds becoming
light and terrain driven in the overnight and morning hours. With
the passing low pressure system, the marine layer is expected to
mix out through most of the forecast period, with a weak inversion
possible on Friday above around 2000-3000 feet.
