.DISCUSSION...Southerly winds will be strong and gusty through the day
ahead of the incoming cold front.  Rain will likely hold off and not
arrive until late Friday night or even the pre-dawn hours of Saturday
when the cold front finally moves through.  So the main impacts on Friday
will be clouds, southerly winds, high humidity and gusty winds. Once rain
does occur, expect values around 0.25-0.40 over the burn area by sunrise
Saturday morning.
