.DISCUSSION...Clouds have begun to in the wake of a cold from that pushed
through overnight and early this morning. Expect mostly sunny skies through
the remainder of the afternoon and early evening. Onshore W/NW winds will become
breezy this afternoon with gusts up to 15 kt, easing after sunset. Stratus will
develop overnight and persist through at least mid-morning Saturday. However,
confidence is low in the extent and exact timing of the stratus development late
tonight.
