.DISCUSSION...Mid-to-high level moisture from the remnants of
Elida will continue to stream over the Carroll Ridge site through
the day. Rain showers have been removed from the forecast as no
wetting rains are expected. Winds will remain light and terrain
driven overnight with gusty conditions both Tuesday and Wednesday
afternoons. Humidity is expected to remain robust on Tuesday, but
begin to fall off during the second half of the week.
