.DISCUSSION...The marine layer has returned with cooler temperatures
and much higher humidity expected through the morning and into the
afternoon. Clouds are likely through the early morning hours before
the sun comes out around noon. Afternoon temperatures and RH will
remain much more mild then yesterday. Winds will be light and terrain
driven through the morning before a gentle westerly breeze takes over
around 10 AM. Winds will gradually increase and shift to WSW through
the afternoon. Sustained winds will be as high as 20 mph along the
ridge. Winds will decrease back to a gentle breeze by sunset.
