...Discussion from SFOFWFMTR...

Persistent marine layer will bring seasonably cool temperatures and
moderate to excellent humidity to the district on Thursday. A
gradual warming and drying trend will develop on Friday and linger
through the weekend. Elevated fire weather concerns remain over the
higher terrain where moderate to poor humidity recovery remains
with mild temperatures.

...Discussion from SFOFWFEKA...

Inland temperatures are forecast to trend downward Thursday but it
will continue to remain hot and dry all week. A deep marine layer
and onshore winds will continue to maintain marine influence farther
inland from the coast. There is a 5-10% chance for dry thunderstorms
with gusty outflow winds over northern Trinity County mountains
Thursday afternoon and evening. South to southwest winds will become
breezy in Lake and Southern Mendocino County Thursday afternoon with
a weak shortwave trough along the coast.
