...Discussion from SFOFWFMTR...

Weak to moderate offshore flow remains in the forecast through
Tuesday morning, which will continue to usher drier air into the
region. The driest and windiest conditions will be favored at higher
elevations, where we may see some gusts up to 25 mph. The pattern
begins to change mid week, as flow becomes onshore, allowing for
improving RH recovery overnight. Cooler temperatures are expected
through the weekend. Rain chances increase for the weekend, favoring
the North Bay at this time.

...Discussion from SFOFWFEKA...

Warmer and drier conditions will continue to build into the first
half of the week with interior valleys warming back into the mid
80s with RH around 20 percent. Strengthening thermal belts will
promote poor overnight RH recovery at high elevations. Winds will
generally be gentle and from the east through Tuesday. Conditions
will begin to ease around midweek. A wetting rainfall is forecast
Friday, with a chance for some thunderstorms.
