...Discussion from SFOFWFMTR...

Cool and humid conditions prevail in the wake of a weak cold front.
A gradual warming trend will persist through mid week, with
low-elevation inland temperatures approaching 80 degrees by
Wednesday. Winds will stay mostly gentle to moderate through the
week, with strong onshore winds possible this weekend. The long
range forecasts continue to suggest the remainder of April will be
drier than normal, which may signal an early start to the dry
season.

...Discussion from SFOFWFEKA...

Rain showers and breezy southerly wind continues today as a low
moves onshore. Another weak system brings a chance of rain for Del
Norte Tuesday. Ridging builds Wednesday bringing warmer and drier
weather. Additional weak systems possible late week into the
weekend.
