Gusty northeast winds will develop in interior Del Norte tonight. By Thursday, highs will generally reach above 100 in the hottest valleys with RH in the low teens or even single digits. Overnight recoveries will become increasingly poor at mid and upper elevations. Marine influence will become increasingly shallow and restricted to the coast. Similar hot and dry conditions will continue through the weekend.
