.DISCUSSION...Dry conditions continue through Tuesday with breezy
onshore winds possible during the afternoons through the gaps and
passes. A series of rain storms begins on Tuesday night, bringing
widespread wetting rains and breezy winds. Wind gusts on Wednesday
could reach 35 to 45 miles per hour on the ridgelines and at the
immediate coast, while snow levels drop to 3000 feet on Thursday.
Additional rainstorms are expected Friday through the early part
of next week.
Note : All winds are 20-foot Winds Unless otherwise specified.
Thunderstorms imply strong, gusty and erratic winds.
