.DISCUSSION...Widespread wetting rainfall and a chance for wet
thunderstorms returns this morning and continues into this evening.
Amounts will generally be in the half inch to one inch range with
locally higher totals of 2 to 3 inches in the higher terrain of
the Central Coast. Southwesterly winds will increase through the
day with gusts of 35-45 mph possible in the higher terrain. Post-
frontal rain showers and the chance for thunderstorms will linger
into tomorrow. Warming and drying trend is on tap Wednesday and
will continue into the weekend.
Note : All winds are 20-foot Winds Unless otherwise specified.
Thunderstorms imply strong, gusty and erratic winds.
