.DISCUSSION...Fire weather concerns remain low through midweek,
with wetting rain expected for the North Bay and San Francisco
Peninsula. Lighter rain of less than 0.25" are possible for Santa
Cruz Co and the East and South Bay areas. A 15% chance of tstorms
remains for Sonoma Co, though dry lightning is not a concern. A
warming and drying trend is expected late week and into the
weekend.
Note : All winds are 20-foot Winds Unless otherwise specified.
