.DISCUSSION...The fire weather threat will remain somewhat
subdued, except in areas where favorable alignment of terrain,
fuels, and wind take place. This is most likely to take place across
regions of complex terrain, as well as area gaps and passes.
Afternoon RH through the week will dip into the 20 to 30 percent
range, with a few spots in the extreme eastern portions of the
North Bay, East Bay, and Gabilan Range seeing min RH in the teens.
Overnight RH recovery will remain predominantly above 60 percent
for most locales, with the exception being across the Santa Lucia
and Galiban Ranges where overnight RH may only increase to around
30 to 40 percent. There a less than 5% chance for high based
showers on Tuesday across southern Monterey and San Benito
counties.
Note : All winds are 20-foot Winds Unless otherwise specified.
