higher elevations of the Bay Area and Central Coast due to
critical fire weather conditions with very dry humidities...
...Near critical fire weather continues across the district with
warm to hot temperatures, offshore winds, and very dry air...
.DISCUSSION...Very low humidities and hot temperatures are
contributing to near critical fire weather conditions across the
district continuing into the weekend. Humidities above 1200 feet
remain low with values around 10-20%. In addition, nocturnal
drying is possible on Saturday morning. Winds are mainly light,
but pulses of gusty offshore flow continue in the higher
elevations through Sunday morning.
Note : All winds are 20-foot Winds Unless otherwise specified.
Thunderstorms imply strong, gusty and erratic winds.
