.DISCUSSION...A potent storm system will sweep through the
district Wednesday night through Thursday. The passing system will
bring heavy rain, slight chance of thunderstorms, and very strong
winds. Winds will be strongest along the coast, higher elevations,
and inland gaps or passes with gusts up to 70 mph. Rainfall
amounts will bring a solid wetting rain as well. Unsettle weather
will linger into the upcoming weekend with showers.
Note : All winds are 20-foot Winds Unless otherwise specified.
Thunderstorms imply strong, gusty and erratic winds.
