.DISCUSSION...Surface high pressure will build over the Great
Basin tonight through Wednesday. A dry cool front will move
southward across the Sacramento Valley late tonight and Wednesday
morning reaching the North Bay and the East Bay early Wednesday.
This will bring a burst of offshore winds late tonight and
Wednesday with gusts up to 25 to 35 mph in the hills and mountains.
Surface high pressure continues over the Great Basin Thursday
then weakens later in the week. However mid to upper level high
pressure will remain nearly stationary over the district resulting
in dry weather through the entire forecast period.
Note : All winds are 20-foot Winds Unless otherwise specified.
Thunderstorms imply strong, gusty and erratic winds.
