.DISCUSSION...Warm and dry conditions will persist through
Thursday. A weak, unorganized marine layer will continue to be
confined to the coastline as weak offshore flow inland continues
its influence on our area. RH recovery will be very poor for
locations higher than 500-1000 ft. RH recoveries will in the
teens across much of the East Bay Hills and Santa Lucia mountains,
including the areas encompassed by the Timber and Plaskett fires.
Cooler temperatures and a revamped marine layer are expected for
Friday into the weekend.
Note : All winds are 20-foot Winds Unless otherwise specified.
Thunderstorms imply strong, gusty and erratic winds.
