.DISCUSSION...A 1500 ft marine layer has returned along with
cooler and more humid conditions. The current RH is anywhere from
5 to 50% higher than 24 hours ago. The marine layer will gradually
deepen over the next day or two, and there is a slight chance for
coastal drizzle Thursday morning. Winds will remain onshore with
diurnally driven gusts. Wind speeds will peak Wednesday afternoon
with gust of 20 to 30 mph expected across the East Bay Hills,
Salinas Valley, and both the San Francisco and Monterey Bays. A
slight warming trend will bring temperatures back to normal this
weekend.
Note : All winds are 20-foot Winds Unless otherwise specified.
