.DISCUSSION...A developing offshore gradient will bring
northeasterly offshore winds to the higher elevations of the North
and East Bays through the morning, but gusts over 25 mph are not
expected and winds should turn onshore by the afternoon. A ridge
axis over the district should lead to warm and dry conditions
today with fair to poor daytime humidity retention in the inland
areas. A cooling trend sets in for Sunday and Monday before a more
substantial warming trend begins on Tuesday.
Note : All winds are 20-foot Winds Unless otherwise specified.
