through the day which would pose the risk of new fire starts and
erratic, gusty winds. Below normal temperatures, a deep marine
layer, drizzle, and onshore flow will prevail today. Excellent
relative humidity recovery will continue through the weekend with
a slight warming and drying trend through Thursday.
