...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of northeastern Deer
Lodge, northeastern Granite and southeastern Powell Counties through
630 PM MDT...
At 605 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 9 miles east of Drummond to 9 miles southeast
of Deer Lodge. Movement was east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Deer Lodge, Garrison, Finn, Brock Creek, Goldcreek, Blossburg, Avon,
and Elliston.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 90 between mile markers 165 and 186.
Highway 12 Garrison to MacDonald Pass between mile markers 0 and 26.
