.DISCUSSION...Very hot and dry today with high chance for
north/northeasterly winds. Elevated convection this afternoon and
evening could produce lightning and erratic outflow gusts of 30-45
mph with no chance for wetting rain. Another night of poor RH and
temperature recovery expected though not as severe as previous
nights. Moisture increases for Saturday with a medium-high chance
of seeing lightning nearby the fire. A direct impact from a
shower or storm core Saturday afternoon contains a good chance for
wetting rain over at least a portion of the fire and a low chance
for strong to severe strength wind gusts (40-60 mph).
