184 FNUS75 KMSO 212137 FWSMSO Spot Forecast for FNF Paddle National Weather Service Missoula MT 337 PM MDT Sat Jun 21 2025 Forecast is based on forecast start time of 1600 MDT on June 21. If conditions become unrepresentative...contact the National Weather Service. .DISCUSSION...The back edge of the deformation rain band is beginning to drift southwards towards the area. Light rain showers will be possible this evening into tonight. Westerly winds are causing downsloping/drying to occur, so that will likely reduce the amounts through late this evening. The winds becoming more northerly later tonight and the atmospheric column will moisten up, especially by daybreak Sunday. Steady light rain will continue through Sunday morning, then become more showery. There may be too much cloud cover to allow for any thunderstorm growth on Sunday. More breaks expected on Monday could allow for a few isolated thunderstorms capable of producing lightning and brief heavy rainfall. Total precipitation ranges from 0.09 to 0.20 inches through Sunday night. Showers continue into Monday with 0.02 to 0.07 inches of additional rainfall. A warming and drying trend is expected this coming week with westerly winds in the afternoon between 6-10 mph with gusts 15 to 20 mph, especially by Wednesday through Friday.
