showers and thunderstorms to move northward towards the Bat Fire
after 600pm PDT, bringing outflow winds greater than 60 mph. This
wind threat will extend into 900pm PDT. Otherwise, light and
variable winds are expected today, with northwest winds developing
in the afternoon.
