.DISCUSSION...A very wet system for September is impacting the
region currently. Through 11 pm, a strong thunderstorm will be
possible, threats being lightning, small hail, and very heavy
rainfall rates. The characteristic of rain will slowly change over
night from showers to light steady and eventually moderate to
heavy rain through Tuesday.

Overall rain amounts will produce a reaction in small streams and
creeks. Additionally, debris slides will be a small threat for
the next 36 hours minimum.

Winds will be light and combine with Min temperatures overnight to
produce wet and raw conditions with wind chills similar to
temperatures. Winds gusts increase 10 to 15 mph tomorrow as the
low pressure moves east of the region and wind chills become 4-8
degrees cooler than temperatures increasing chances of
hypothermia.
