Clearwater River is well exposed to the northwest winds. Expect
that gusts are showing an early peak now due to inversion break,
and they will drop off a bit and then steadily increase throughout
the day. Peak gusts are expected late this afternoon. As the
terrain descends down towards the river expect the winds to become
lighter, but also more erratic.
