winds and stable layer. Then monsoon moisture surges northward
during the afternoon. Thunderstorms are low probability prior to
7 pm, after 7 pm any storms will be capable of producing outflow
gusts 30 to 40 mph. Light rain showers will dominate the overnight
through Wednesday with a high probably of a wetting rain.
