.DISCUSSION...Tuesday will run a few degrees warmer and slightly
drier than Monday, however overall still below normal for this
time of year. Isolated showers will become more widespread by
afternoon with thunderstorms also becoming a possibility. Although
showers and thunderstorms will be capable of heavy rainfall under
the cores, the chance of the fire taking a direct hit is only
about 20 percent. Warming and drying will begin on Monday with
afternoon southwest-westerly winds.
