.DISCUSSION...Mostly cloudy conditions will be present for the
rest of the evening and overnight hours. Light rain showers will
move over the area of the fire Sunday morning between 0700-0900.
These showers will be more like sprinkles, so don`t expect a
wetting rain. Scattered dry thunderstorms will develop and move
over the region from the southwest Saturday afternoon between
1700 and 2100. Occasional lightning and gusty erratic winds up to
30 mph will be the main threats. Nocturnal thunderstorms are
possible Saturday night between midnight and 0400. The chances for
wetting rains Saturday and Saturday night are very low, at around
10%. A dry cold front will move across western montana mid-to-late
morning, that will bring a dry airmass and increasing westerly
winds. The frontal passage is expected between 1000-1200, with
west winds 10-15 mph and gusts 25-30 mph. The strongest winds will
be from 1200 to 2100.
