.DISCUSSION...
Idaho (Zones 102 and 103): A few light showers will continue to move
through the region today, especially in 103. The region will experience
a gradual warming trend through the work week, but a weak disturbance
will cause some showers on Thursday. Friday appears to be the warmest
day, but the flow pattern will be conducive for afternoon shower
development. Then a broad trough will settle over the region this
weekend causing cool and showery conditions over the area.
Northwest MT (Zones 104 and 105): A few light showers will continue to move
through the region today, especially near the Divide. The region will
experience a gradual warming trend through the work week. The winds are
expected to become easterly by Thursday then turn southerly on Friday.
Then a broad trough will settle over the region this weekend causing
cool and showery conditions over the area.
West Central MT (Zones 106, 107 and 108): A few light showers will
continue to move through the region today. The region will experience a
gradual warming trend through the work week, but a weak disturbance will
cause some showers on Thursday. The winds are expected to become
easterly by Thursday then turn southerly on Friday. Then a broad trough
will settle over the region this weekend causing cool and showery
conditions over the area.
Southwest MT (Zones 109, 110 and 111): A few light showers will
continue to move through the northern portion of 110 this morning. The
region will experience a gradual warming trend through the work week,
but a weak disturbance will cause some showers on Thursday. The winds
are expected to become easterly by Thursday then turn southerly on
Friday. Friday appears to be the warmest day, but the flow pattern will
be conducive for afternoon shower development. Then a broad trough will
settle over the region this weekend causing cool and showery conditions
over the area.
